When we’re not enjoying Star Spangled Manor ourselves, we’re delighted to open it up for you to create your own special memories.

Star Spangled Manor is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal, picturesque beaches, the harbor, and the vibrant downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The MVCMA’s historic charm surrounds you, and you’re just a short bike ride from iconic lighthouses and more.

Located on a quiet street with minimal car traffic, the setting offers a peaceful escape while still being at the center of all the island’s activities.

Vintage Charm Meets Modern Comfort

From the moment you step onto the large, inviting porch through the scrolled double-screened doors, you’ll be immersed in the character of this unique cottage. Vintage windows, shutters, and classic built-ins preserve the charm of a bygone era, while thoughtful renovations ensure a comfortable stay:

A spacious parlor with timeless details creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A newly crafted, fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and tools you need to prepare delicious meals.

The all-season main level is fully insulated and features baseboard heating for year-round comfort.

Enjoy puzzles, games, art supplies, and a Smart TV for those cozy evenings in.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Configured with a king-size bed or twin beds, a large closet, and an adjoining half bathroom. A second full bathroom is also located on the main level.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Extra-large room, configured with a king-size bed or twin beds. Shares access to the upstairs full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Features a full-size bed with en suite access to the upstairs full bathroom.

Bonus Room (Upstairs): Includes two twin beds, ideal for extra guests or kids.

Beach gear, folding concert chairs, yoga mats, board games, and bikes for your use.

One parking space is provided in the MVCMA lot at no additional fee.

600-thread count 100% sateen cotton sheets, linens, and towels provided.

Laundry room with washer/dryer plus window A/C units for hot days.

Important Details

Please note, Star Spangled Manor is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association, a unique and historic neighborhood. Renters must register at the MVCMA Office upon arrival (or by the next business day) and adhere to community rules, including quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed per MVCMA regulations. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited.

Rates and Availability

Weekly rentals range from $3,750 to $5,500, including all fees. Currently available weeks include May through October. Additionally, the cottage is available for Grand Illumination Night week! Please contact the owner for event week pricing.
