We are delighted to offer our family’s seasonal three bedroom Gingerbread Cottage for rent to families and couples to enjoy this 2024 season. The cottage was built in 1871 and is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association “Campground”, a Historic National Landmark.

Our cottage sits on a lovely little avenue in between Trinity Park and Circuit Ave. Trinity Park has a large green space and the historic Tabernacle, which hosts events all season including worship services, concerts, arts shows, and many other community events. As a community member during your stay, you are welcome to participate in these events. Circuit Ave is a quintessential Vineyard main street, with shops, restaurants & bars, grocery stores, cafes, ice cream shops, and even an arcade. The cottage is also within walking distance to several beaches, ferries, and other public transportation.

Cottage features include an adorable front porch with rocking chairs, an outdoor area with a patio, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a gas grill. On the first floor there is a living room, dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with a full size bed. The second floor has two more bedrooms, one with a full size bed and door leading out to the balcony, and one with two twin beds.

The cottage is equipped with numerous essentials; TV with access to streaming services, wi-fi, washer/dryer, AC units upstairs and downstairs, portable fans, oven range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes, gas grill, board games, beach gear and sand toys.

Cottage sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Sorry no pets, No smoking inside or on the premises.  

As part of the MVCMA, renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located here.

Sunday check-in at 3pm. Sunday check-out at 10:00am
June & September $2,800 including cleaning fee
July $2,900 including cleaning fee
August $3,000 including cleaning fee
Plus Local and State Rental Taxes, currently 11.7%
Security deposit $500 (refundable)
