It is located on a quiet, child safe park setting, near the Tabernacle and Cottage Museum .  It has four beautiful bedrooms with comfortable, new beds,  two baths, indoor and outdoor showers, laundry room with washer/dryer,  front  porch with plenty of seating , balcony off master bedroom with two wicker chairs and a table, a screened summer sleeping porch with a table and chairs, side yard with a patio set  and a gas BBQ, two kayaks with life jackets, four bikes and one scooter, all beach gear including four chairs, umbrella, two beach tables, towels are included, all typical kitchen equipment including dishwasher, microwave, new large refrigerator and stove, dining room has new tall dining table and eight chairs, living room seats seven with flat screen cable TV, DVD /VCR with many movies, board games, etc.  Walk or bike to OB Harbor, Jetty Beach , OB town beaches, bike path to Edgartown, Steamship Authority ferries from Wood’s Hole and Falmouth Harbor ferry. All for $2200 June, $2400 July, 2800 August for six people, no more than eight renters (at an additional fee of $200), non smokers only, no pets.  $500 refundable security/damage deposit.  Cleaning fee of $120.
